In ps, use the magic wand to isolate the model, select filter->noise->despeckle->filter->noise->median(1)->filter->sharpen->sharpen edges... should help clear up the model, plus perhaps use the Edit: Adjust the brightness/contrast a little to make it "pop". If not, I'd go a little grittier with the background, not to steal the moment with the model, but still give a secondary interest to the jewelry store's marquee sign in the background, but only enough to enhance the model, and give it a little colorful flavor.

Her eyes are absolutely striking.
Do they always look like that, or is their color a matter of the lighting in this particular photo?
If they always look that amazing, I would suggest taking a few photos that concentrate on them, perhaps even a few that are nothing but her eyes. Good luck to the both of you.
